Regular Visits

Since we already laid the ground work and you are following Dr. Jameson's recommendations, the office visit is only about 15 to 20 minutes.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

You will complete a progress note before seeing Dr. J, then you will be treated with either chiropractic, A.R.T. or both.

This is usually followed by 10 minutes of relaxing therapy on a "roller table" where rollers go up and down your back, massaging and relaxing your muscles and stretching the ligaments in your spine.  It feels great! And Dr. J calls it the "Chiropractic version of a Lollypop for being a good patient after the visit." Most patients say they want to take it home with them.  And this "after treatment therapy" helps reinforce the changes that she just made in your body.

Dr. J Asks some important questions of interest to Sunnyvale residents - Chiropractor Sunnyvale Dr. J Asks...

Do chiropractors prescribe medications for the pain?
No. Chiropractic is a drug-free approach to better health. Instead, we rely on natural methods. We can show you how to use ice to control pain. When properly applied, ice can have an analgesic effect without the unwanted and sometimes dangerous effects of pain medications.
How do chiropractors help ADHD?
There is agreement that ADHD is a nervous system disorder. And while chiropractic isn't a treatment for ADHD, if your child has subluxations, resolving them will often produce profound results. Click here to learn why more and more Sunnyvale parents are choosing natural chiropractic care rather than dangerous psychotropic drugs.
